LOS ANGELES- Attorneys for singer Tory Lanez has have filed another motion for his release on bail pending the appeal of his sentence in the Megan Thee Stallion shooting case, according to reporter Meghan Cuniff.
This is the second motion submitted by his defense team since Tory was sentenced to serve a 10 years in August. The first motion was denied in September by the same judge who sentenced him, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge David Herriford.
Cuniff shared information on the new motion on October 10 on X.
Here's the full request. The arguments are nearly identical to the motion Judge Herriford rejected at the Sept. 14 hearing in LA (the one where Lanez called me a googly eyed bitch), including the forgoing of any mention of the rehab pushed at sentencing. https://t.co/2ekzZoh4sf.
