Rapper/singer Tory Lanez says the media has a smear campaign against him, since being accused of allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion in August.
Tory posted a photo on his Instagram story, which showed several bloggers, and magazines with headlines that bashed his recent album, and his character.
The Canadian singer also implied that some of these media outlets have been paid to be bias with him.
Tory wrote on one photo:
“I’ve never seen verified publications … come together with biased opinions for a smear campaign on an artist. however I still have love for each and everyone one of you who continue to choose money over truth, ” adding” My heart and character doesn’t change because yours does.”
Tory then posted that he refuses to “bow down to the lies of the man”, adding that he will “prevail”.
“I don’t move on social media’s time. I move on God’s time. I don’t operate in fear, I operate in FAITH. I don’t bow down to the lies of man. I stick with the TRUTH of god. And for those reasons. It doesn’t matter who rises against me in this hour of and small season. BIG OR SMALL OBTACLE OR SMALL OBSTACLE… I will PREVAIL and rise to GREATNESS. As GOD SAID I WILL.”.
