Travis Scott Arrested For Disorderly Intoxication, Allegedly Fighting On Yacht

Rapper Travis Scott was arrested early Thursday on a disorderly intoxication on Miami Beach.

The ‘Goosebumps’ rapper, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster, was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center around 4:30 a.m. on a charge of disorderly intoxication, as well as trespassing property after warning.

Scott was arrested after police were called to the Miami Beach Marina early Thursday on a report of a disturbance on a yacht, according to a Miami Beach Police affidavit. A person had called dispatch saying there were people fighting on the vessel.

When police arrived, officers found Scott “standing by the dock yelling at the vessel occupants.” He was complied with police commands to sit down, but then ignored them. The complainant told police he did not want to press charges, and just wanted Scott off of the yacht.

He agreed to leave the dock after a threat of arrest, but decided to make a scene as he was walking to the boardwalk, “walking backwards yelling obscenities to the occupants of the vessel,” according to the affidavit.

Scott left the marina, only to return minutes later, and was arrested.

Police said he began yelling again — “becoming erratic and “disturbing the peace of the occupants of the marina and nearby residential buildings causing a public disturbance,” the affidavit said.

He went on X, formerly known as Twitter and posted “Lol,” hours after his arrest.
