Trey Songz Accused Of “Brutal Rape” In New Lawsuit

LOS ANGELES- Singer Trey Songz is being accused of rape AGAIN in a new $20 million lawsuit.

In court docs obtained by Page Six, the victim, identified as “Jane Doe” claims she and the 37-year-old singer had an “occasionally sexual” relationship but things took a turn for the worse when he allegedly anally raped her on March 24, 2016.

The alleged incident took place inside of a bathroom at a party in West Hills, California.

The woman says Trey turned into a ‘savage rapist” once in the bathroom. She claims she “screamed in pain” and “begged” for the singer to stop.

Court documents state that the woman allegedly required medical attention after the incident and claims she had her Uber take her to a hospital as she was “in distress”.

According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe arrived at the Providence Joseph Medical Center Emergency Care Unit around midnight on March 25. She says doctors told her that she had “severe anal tearing that could require surgery” as a result of the attack.”

Docs state that she didn’t initially tell police the singer’s real name because she was scared.

The woman claims she suffered “severe emotional distress” which she says has manifested as “fear, anxiety, humiliation, depression, and other physical and emotional injuries, and damages, both economic and noneconomic.”

The is not the first time the singer, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, has been accused of rape. He was just accused of rape last month.
