NYC- Police say three suspects are accused of luring men to motels to meet a woman before bonding them with tape and robbing them of their cash, clothes and other personal property.
The five incidents happened from July 7 to July 26 in The Bronx. The victims ages are between 31 and 48, according to reports.
The men were communicating with an alleged woman on Facebook, where they would exchange messages and plan to meet up at a motel.
Once inside the motel rooms, police say a female suspect would instruct the male victim to take a shower, and while the male was in the bathroom, she would let a male and another woman in the room.
When the victim exited the bathroom, both the male and female suspect would allegedly display firearms at the victim and threaten to shoot him if he didn’t comply with their demands.
Th suspects are accused of duct taping the victims before robbing them.
No injuries have been reported and there have been no arrests made.
