THE BRONX- (PIX11) Two men were robbed in The Bronx after arranging to meet with women they met off of Instagram, police say.
On Dec. 3, a 24-year-old male went to Anthony Ave. near East 174 Street to meet a woman. When the man arrived, two masked individuals ordered him to take his clothes off at gunpoint. The two suspects took the man’s clothing and property before fleeing in the victim’s car, a 2018 Infiniti Sedan.
The next day, a 27-year-old man went to Boller Ave. to meet with a woman, the NYPD says. Two masked individuals approached him at gunpoint, taking his chain, gold ring, cellphone and coat. The suspects then shot the man’s vehicle as he fled the scene. The victim wasn’t harmed.
Authorizes are now searching for several women in connection to the robberies.
