Two Suspects Held For Murder In Ambush-Killing Of Rapper C Gambino, Police
SWEDEN – Two suspects accused of killing rapper C Gambino are being held by Swedish authorities.
Prosecutors arrested two people on “probable cause suspected of aiding and abetting the murder, the Swedish Prosecution Authority said in a statement.
The 26-year-old was killed after being ambushed Tuesday night, as Blackroommedia.com reported. He had parked his vehicle when he the deadly ambush happened. The men fled in a vehicle.
The rapper had recently released new music and had won a Swedish Grammi (Grammy) for Swedish Hip Hop artist at the award show. On Friday, according to Spotify, he became the most played artist in Sweden on the platform within 24 hours. His monthly listeners went to 1.2 million.
