TEXAS- Two 14-year-old boys have been charged with capitol murder in the death of an Uber Eats driver.
Authorities are accusing both teen boys of fatally stabbing Ryan Munsie, 31, on Saturday night, outside of an apartment. She had been stabbed several times, including her neck, according to police in a statement.
Both teens were arrested by SWAT at an apartment on Wednesday. Their names are being withheld due to their ages.
Investigators believe that the motive for the killing appears to be an attempted robbery.
Munsie was a mother, and leaves behind three children.
