UFC’s Luis Pena arrested on battery charges; 2nd arrest in 2 weeks

FLORIDA- UFC’s Luis Pena was arrested on charges of domestic violence charges this weekend.

Pena was arrested Saturday on charges of battery domestic violence and battery causing bodily harm, according to ESPN.

He was taken onto police custody after they responded to a domestic dispute around 12:34 a.m. Saturday.

This is the second arrest in four months for the fighter. Pena was arrested on  battery charges for allegedly assaulting his then-girlfriend.

Pena was facing battery, sudden snatching and criminal mischief charges. He reportedly plead not guilty to the charges and has a court date scheduled for Oc.t 28.
