NEW JERSEY- New details have emerged in the arrest of Brooklyn rapper Fivio Foreign.
According to The Daily Voice, Fivio Foreign, who’s real name is Maxie Lee Ryles III, was arrested on Saturday at his residence in The Alexander, a high-rise in Edgewater after allegedly assaulting his pregnant girlfriend.
The rapper’s 24-year-old girlfriend is pregnant with their second child.
A judge has ordered that Fivio remain held in the county lockup pending further court proceedings, rather than being released under the state’s 2017 bail reform law.
Fivio Foreign, a drill rapper, is known for his hit “Big Drip”, and his feature on “Zoo York” by Lil Tjay and the late rapper Pop Smoke.
