UTAH- 24-year-old Michael Easley was arrested on Sunday after being accused of sodomizing an 11-year-old girl.
According to KUTV, a woman contacted police after her granddaughter had told her that her friend was sexually assaulted by a man.
Police interviewed the victim, who denied it at first, but when police found out that there was a witness present, the victim admitted to police the man did sexually abuse her. The witness also had also confirmed what the victim was saying to police.
She told police that both her and her friend had went over to Easley’s home for weed and cigarettes. She said he began doing a tattoo on her, but while doing so, he began to touch her breast, penetrated her and made her perform oral sex on him.
Easley has been charged with sodomy on a child, tattooing of a minor and contributing to the delinquency. He’s also being held without bail.
