Nashville: `According to ABC a 70 year old woman was allegedly robbed by suspect Gilbert D. Ostring, Jr, 48 and injured as she left Bible study at Lebanon Church of Christ in Nashville. The alleged thief drove up to her as she was walking in the parking lot, asking the victim if she knew of any homeless shelters the police department says, that’s when he reached for her purse and the unidentified victim refused to let go of it, holding on as the thief drives away causing the 70 year old victim to fall on the concrete face down breaking her hand and causing her other injuries. The suspect has been identified and police are now searching for him. He has a lengthy record of charges ranging from stealing people’s identities, theft, forgery, and many more. The suspect was released from prison in 2017.
