Waffle House waitress allegedly pulled gun out on customer over complaint

ATLANTA- A Waffle House waitress allegedly pulled a gun out on a customer after he made a complaint about his food, police say.

The customer, Candy Franklin, told FOX 5 Atlanta “It all happened over cheese eggs,” Franklin added “At first, they didn’t bring them to me. Then they brought me normal eggs and I said that I ordered eggs with cheese on it. I tipped her and everything. It was all a normal dispute over food. I never in a million years thought it would come to gun violence.”

Franklin claims the waitress, identified as Angelic Patterson, allegedly told him she would “blow” his “brains out”, reports FOX Atlanta.

Franklin says he called 911, and police responded to the Waffle House around 1 a.m. on Wednesday.

Police are investigating the alleged incident and Waffle House.
