North Fulton County, GA– Rapper Offset from the rap group Migos is in more legal trouble.
According to WSB-TV, Sandy Springs has issued an arrest warrant for the rapper, whose real name is Kiari Cephus for criminal damage. This warrant stems from an incident at a Target store, where Cephus smacked a phone out of a fans hand and allegedly damaging it last Monday.
Reporter Mike Petchenik was the first reporter to come out with the news about Offset having an arrest warrant out.
Police say the charges are felony because the phone was worth $800 and the damage happened as the result of an intentional act. https://t.co/6XLhMW7efy

Offset is facing felony charges because the phone was worth $800 and what he did was intentional.
I saw the extended video of the incident myself, and proves many who say the teenager deserved it, wrong. Some fans say that they would have done the same thing if they had someone following them with a phone in their face, but that’s not the truth in the video.
The boy was standing in one position waiting for Offset to walk pass him, and take his chance to quickly film him. It’s then that you see Offset smacking the phone out of the teenagers hand, damaging it.
