MIAMI- ‘Wild ‘N Out’ D.C. Young Fly’s girlfriend Jacky O has died at the age of 32.
Jacky, whose real is Jacklyn Smith, had traveled to Miami for a “mommy makeover”.
Her family confirmed she died on Wednesday.
“It is with sadden hearts we share with you that Jakclyn aka MsJackyOh has passed away on Wednesday, May 31t 2023,” the Smith family said. “Our family is still processing this very tragic and unexpected loss; we ask that you please give us privacy during this time.”
In a now since-deleted post, the former “Wild N Out” girl had posted next to popular surgeon Dr. Zachary Okhah before her surgery.
Jacky and DC Young Fly share three children together.
He reportedly found the news out while he was in Atlanta filming new episodes of ‘Wild N Out’.
