GEORGIA- A woman was arrested this month after she allegedly stole lottery tickets from a convenience store clerk who was fatally shot during an armed robbery, according to the Houston County’s Sheriff’s Office.
Lakiesha McGhee, who was initially a victim of the robbery, was arrested a week after the incident and charged with theft and tampering with evidence.
Three armed suspects entered the J&J Dollar Store around midnight on Jan. 18 and fatally shot store clerk 43-year-old Sabrina Renee Dollar.
Surveillance footage shows one suspect taking Dollar’s belongings while the other suspect can be seen going to the store’s office.
One suspect allegedly shot Dollar in the upper chest and struck her in the head with a handgun. She was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
There have been no arrests made.
