Woman Arrested For Torturing Animals On YouTube With ‘Dull Knife’

PHILADELPHIA – A woman was arrested Tuesday after police say she tortured animals on her YouTube channel, police said.

Anigar Monsee, 28, is accused of torturing and mutilating living animals on her YouTube Live and in four videos she posted to her channel.

Her first video showed her killing a chicken for an audience of sick individuals in order for her to gain likes and subscribers. Once she received the number of views she wanted, she proceeded to torture and kill the animal, in a course of 10 minutes.

Police said she continued to do the same thing to pigeons, rabbits and several frogs.

An investigation was started after the animal rights group People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) received a tip via email.

Upon me conducting an online search, Monsee still has TikTok videos with captions that read ” New YouTube videos up now, cooking frogs”, showing a preview of her torturing a frog above a pot of boiling water.

Monsee has been charged with four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals.
