PENNSYLVANIA- have charged a woman in connection to the death of a pregnant woman whose body was found dumped in the , say.
Tylydiah Garnett, 21, was arrested on Saturday by in Philly with the help of FBI’s Gun Violence Task Force.
Garnett is accused of fatally shooting Diana Brice, 21.
Garnett was charged with abuse of a corpse, conspiracy and arson. She was seen on video surveillance helping to dispose of Brice’s body.
Brice’s body was discovered in a wooded area on April 5, 3 weeks after she went missing. She was three months pregnant.
According to the Inquirer, Brice’s body was found not that far from her boyfriend’s , which was engulfed in flames hours after Brice disappeared on March 30.
Brice’s boyfriend, Justin Smith, is wanted by the for his involvement in Brice’s death.
Brice’s mother said that her daughter and Justin had got into an argument when she last saw her alive.
Brice’s autopsy reports show that her cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds to the head.
Police are searching for another vehicle, a rented car that investigators believe may have been involved in the dumping of Brice’s body.
