TIMES SQUARE- Police arrested a woman who shoved another woman into a moving train at a Times Square subway Monday.
Disturbing video released by the NYPD shows the 22-year-old Anthonia Egegbara getting up from a bench and then shoving the woman onto a train as it had pulled in.
Egegbara is then seen walking away, looking back at the woman as bystanders stood in shock.
Police say the 42-year-old victim didn’t fall onto the train tracks, but she did fall onto the speeding train, which pushed her backward onto the platform.
The victim suffered serious injuries to her face and legs, but police say the injuries aren’t life-threatening.
Egegbara was charged with attempted murder on Tuesday.
