MINNEAPOLIS- A woman has been arrested and charged with the murder of her ex-boyfriend, who she allegedly ran over.
Deandra Sharber, 34, was charged with second-degree murder early Saturday, according to CBS Minnesota.
Sharper struck her ex with a Jeep Cherokee, according to a criminal complaint.
First responders found the victim alive, but he later died from his injuries.
Sharper told police that she went to see her ex, to confront him about a dispute they had earlier pertaining to a car she lent him. She admitted to following him in her vehicle, and even called 911, as she ran him over.
If convicted, Sharper faces up to 40 years in prison.
