NYC- Police are searching a for a suspect who allegedly made anti-Asian remarks before attacking another woman in October, police say.
The NYPD says the victim was walking in the SoHo area around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 31, when the unidentified suspect began making racist remarks to her.
The suspect then punched the victim in the back of her head.
Police say the victim suffered pain to her head, but she refused medical attention.
The suspect fled the scene, and there have been no arrests made.
