ATLANTA- A woman is being called an Angel, after raising $1,200 for a pregnant McDonald’s employee who had a drink thrown at her by a man at a drive-thru line.
Feroza Syed told Fox 5 Atlanta that she was waiting at the drive-thru when she witnessed a male in front of her throwing a drink at the pregnant employee.
Syed said she “was really angry” after she went up to the window, to find the employee crying, covered in soda and pregnant.
The real estate agent gave the employee, Bryanna, the suspects licence plate, tipped her $20 and apologized for “the assh***s in the world”. Syed’s good deed didn’t stop there.
Syed shared what happened to Bryanna on her social media, and within 24 hours, her friends raised $1,700.
Syred went back to the McDonald’s, asked the woman for her address, and after meeting up, she handed Bryanna the money that was raised, which brought tears to her eyes.
Wait, there’s more great news.
Syed shared Bryanna’s Cash App and Venmo handles on her social media, so that donations could go directly to her, and on Friday, she shared a baby registry at Target.
According to CNN, out of the 51 items that were listed, only 7 were left as of Saturday.
It’s unclear if the man who assaulted Bryanna has been charged.
