Woman raped by homeless man on train; passengers did nothing to help
PHILADELPHIA- A homeless man is accused of allegedly raping a woman on a train as passengers stood by and did nothing to help, reports say.
The incident happened on Wednesday around 10 p.m. and was captured on surveillance video.
The victim was taken to a Hospital, where she received treatment for her injuries,
Police arrested Fiston Ngoy, 35, according to ABC-6.
Ngoy was charged with rape, and other charges.
“There were other people on the train who witnessed this horrific act, and it may have been stopped sooner if a rider called 911,” SEPTA said in a statement.
