MISSISSIPPI- A woman has been sentenced to 20 years in prison, after being charged with sexually assaulting an infant boy two years ago.
Tiffany McClellan, 29, was sentenced to 20 years in prison and 20 years of probabtion on Thursday, according to WDAM.
McClellan was arrested on Aug, 10th, 2018, after investigators found evidence of a child being sexually assaulted on camera. She pleaded guilty to one count of sexual battery, avoiding a trial, which would’ve brought her additional charges of child exploitation and more counts of sexual battery counts.
McClellan will have to register as a sex offender, when she’s released from prison.
