THE BRONX- A woman was slashed across her face in an unprovoked attack on Thursday according to police.
Police say a 60-year-old woman was walking along East Ave near Van Nest Ave around 4:30 p.m on Thursday when a man tapped her on her shoulder and slashed her in her face, forehead and eyes, PIX11 reports.
The victim was treated at a Hospital for her injuries.
The suspect fled in a grey Honda Civic.
