Wrestler Alberto Del Rio arrested and charged with sexual assault

TEXAS- Wrestler Alberto Del Rio has been arrested and charged with sexual assault.

Del Rio was arrested after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman earlier this month.

According to  News4SA, the victim told police that Del Rio physically assaulted her multiple times on May 3, which included slapping her on the forehead after he became upset with her.

Del Rio allegedly made the victim wear a dress and dance for him.

The alleged victim went to the police, and she allegedly had injuries that were photographed.

It’s unclear how many charges Del Rio has been hit with, but I’ll keep you updated.

Del Rio has wrestled for the WWE, and in Mexico, where he’s from.
