XxxTentacions mother files lawsuit against rappers sister who claims brothers murder was an “inside job”

Rapper XxxTentacions mother Cleopatra Bernard, has filed a lawsuit against the late rapper’s half-sister, Ariana Onfroy.

Bernard is suing Onfroy for defamation, slander and libel. According to The Daily Beast who reviewed the complaint, Bernard’s attorney Aaron Behar is asking for $15,000 in damages over comments that Onfroy made in an interview that “intimated” Bernard had set her son up.

Onfroy was interviewed by The Sun, in Sept of this year for the tabloids article titled “INSIDE JOB”. In the interview, Onfroy did not say that Bernard was behind her son’s murder. What she told The Sun was that her brothers murder was “set up members of his inner circle” even though four men have been charged with the rappers murder.

Onfroy told the tabloid “There’s somebody on the inside that knew where he was going to be and the exact time he was leaving for the murderers to know when to come and to do what they did. It definitely was set up.”

Onfroy claims that she’s not even allowed to visit her brothers grave, as there is a family member, who is allegedly trying to do anything to make her fearful of them. She said “It’s evil. What did I do to them? Why do they want to go as far as to try to hurt me in these ways, my brother’s gone what more can I do than just to visit his grave site and just to sit there and talk to them… Why be so evil and wicked to the person that was there for him most of the times when others weren’t there?”

She also said that they’re going to keep her nephew away from her. XxxTentacion is surprisingly expecting a baby boy, from a woman who he impregnated not too far ahead from the time he was murdered..

XxxTentacion, whose real name is Jahseh Onfroy, was raised by his grandmother because his mother allegedly couldn’t take care of him anymore. She now lives in luxury provided by her son, from his record deal he signed before dying. She’s also living in the rappers mansion he had purchased before he was murdered.

XxxTentacion was gunned down as he was in his vehicle, upon leaving a Miami Motorcycle dealership.
