MEMPHIS (11Alive) – The two men accused of killing rapper Young Dolph have been scheduled to appear in court just after what would’ve been the rapper’s 37th birthday.
Cornelius Smith, 32, Justin Johnson, 24, are scheduled to appear in court Friday July 29, reports 11Alive.
Both men were convicted of murder in Jan.
The court date comes a day after Dolph’s 37th birthday.
Johnson and Smith both face charges of murder, criminal attempted first degree murder, employment of a firearm with intent to commit a felony, unlawful carrying and possession of a firearm and theft of property.
Johnson is facing additional charges for failing to register as a sex offender.
