MEMPHIS, Tenn- One of four men charged in the death of rapper Young Dolph was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday for a hearing.
Instead, Jermarcus Johnson will appear back in court on June 9 for a deposition hearing, and the court will make a final decision of the outcome in the case, reports FOX13.
The states assistant attorney announced today that Johnson has been charged with three counts of accessory after the fact.
