ATLANTA- Rapper Thug is being accused of taking pills from one of his co-defendants inside of a courtroom Thursday during jury selection.
Video footage from inside of the courtroom allegedly shows Kahlieff Adams passing something into Young Thug’s hands. A deputy saw the transaction and confiscated what was later identified as a Percocet pill, according to WSB-TV.

One of Williams’ Thug’s attorney’s, Keith Adams, says the rapper had nothing to do with the alleged transaction.
“His side is the truth. The reality is Mr. Williams had nothing to do with what went on in the courtroom on yesterday. One of the codefendants on his way to the restroom attempted to pass something to Mr. Williams who immediately turned it over to the deputy,” Adams said, the station reports.
A motion states that deputies found Percocet, Marijuana, tobacco and other contraband that was wrapped in plastic and food seasoning Kahlieff.
The D.A.’s office says if any charges are to be filed, it will be after an investigation.
