ATLANTA- Young Thug’s brother, rapper UNFOONK was reportedly arrested on a gun charge months after he took a plea deal in an indictment against his brother and 28 others, according to WSBTV.
UNFOONK, whose real name is Quantavious Grier, was booked into the Fulton County Jail Thursday on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, persons associated with a criminal street gang to participate in criminal activity and minor traffic offenses, the outlet reports.
Grier pleaded guilty to one count of violating the RICO Act and one count of theft by receiving stolen property in Dec.
The rapper accepted a 12-year sentence with two years commuted to time served and ten years of probation.
As part of Grier’s probation conditions, he must not have any contact with his brother Young Thug and others until the case is done.
It’s unclear how his arrest will affect his probation.
