ATLANTA- Rapper Young Thug’s attorney has filed a motion to have a co-defendant removed from the trial due to his recent behavior in court.
Young Thug’s attorney Brian Steel filed a motion on Friday asking for co-defendant Cordarius Dorsey, also known as YSL Polo, to be dropped from the trial due to his “unacceptable conduct” in court, according to 11Alive.
“Mr. Dorsey, a co-indictee, has displayed unprofessional and acceptable conduct in Court, in the presence of this Honorable Court, as announced on the Record on Thursday, August 31, 2023,” the motion reads.
The motion goes on to say that “Mr. Dorsey, using movements with his hands, threatened the prosecutors as well as the jurors.”
