Memphis rapper Kenny Muney has been released from a hospital after he was shot on Monday.
Kenny Muney, whose real name is Kenneth Greene, was shot when a black car pulled up to him, as he was in his 2016 Mercedes-Benz G-Class SUV and opened fire, reports The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The 25-year-old rapper was shot in his hip and elbow. He was taken to a hospital for life-threatening injuries.
Greene’s car was left riddled with 9 bullet holes, leaving broken windows and a flat tire. Another car was reportedly was hit twice in the hood. The driver of that car wasn’t injured, reports ajc.
Kenny Muney is signed to rapper Young Dolph’s Paper Route Empire record label and has released several albums.
