“Austin Powers” actor Verne Troyer’s death ruled as suicide

Verne Troyer, best known for his role in the movie Austin Powers died from what the coroners say was suicide.

According to The Hollywood reporter, the Los Angeles coroner’s office has ruled Troyer’s death as  “sequelae of alcohol intoxication” also known as death by alcohol abuse.

Friends & family said he also suffered from depression.

The actor was very open about his battle with alcoholism as he had posted a statement on his Instagram last year, telling his fans that he was receiving help at a treatment center.

The 49 year old actor died on April 21st.
