Reality star turned rapper, Cardi B, and her sister are being sued for calling a group Trump supporter’s “racist” during an argument caught on cellphone footage.
According to TMZ, Pauline Caliendo, Peter Caliendo and Manuel Alarcon are suing Cardi B, her sister, Hennessy Carolina, and her girlfriend Michelle Diaz, claiming that they defamed them by labeling them as racist during a huge argument earlier this month at the Hamptons.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, the plaintiffs claim they were enjoying their time, at the beach with their families, when Hennessy allegedly approached them with rage.
They said that Hennessy was spitting, cursing, threatening and insulting them just because one of them was wearing a MAGA hat. They also added that the video taken of them was edited, falsely making them racist.
Cardi B had took to social media, sharing a video, in which she claimed that those suing her sister, were racist and her sister, along with her girlfriend, were targeted because they were an Afro-American gay couple.
