Da Baby’s alleged victim is planning on suing him

MIAMI- Rapper Da Baby’s alleged victim is planning on suing him according to reports obtained by TMZ.

The music promoter, who’s going by Kenneth has been making his rounds in order to take legal action against the North Carolina rapper and his crew.

The alleged victim is reportably planning on suing Da Baby, who wasn’t charged for assaulting him, and members of his crew who allegedly beat him. He’s claiming that the alleged beat down left him with injuries like bruises and cuts to his face.

The promoter was supposed to meet up Da Baby and his crew in Maimi to hand over $30,000 for the rapper  to perform at party in Florida, but Kenneth allegedly came up with just $20,000.. Yikes.

The promoter told Da Baby that he would give him the remaining 10k after the show, and the rapper became upset, allegedly leading him to punch the promoters friend in the face. The promoter was allegedly robbed and beaten.

Da Baby has been arrested and charged with one count of battery in this case, but also had an old warrant.
