Father accused of throwing baby in dryer and turning it on; police
NEW HAMSPIRE- A father is accused of throwing his infant daughter inside of a clothes dryer and turning it on.
Michael Higgins, 34, was arrested at his home and charged on Sunday with endangering the welfare of a child, reckless conduct and criminal threatening, police say.
Police were called to Higgins’ residence after a receiving a call about a domestic violence incident between him and his daughter’s mother.
The girl’s mother told police that Higgins had thrown the girl inside of the dryer on Wednesday. Police said the girl had no visible injuries.
