French Montana sued for allegedly drugging a groupie and sexually assaulting her

According to documents obtained by The Blast, the alleged victim, who’s going by Jane Doe, is claiming that French Montana “had a longstanding practice of inviting women to their recording sessions, or choosing women at bars, and inviting them back to the Hidden Hills house.”

In the documents, Doe claims that French invited her to his recording studio before inviting her back to his home with his employee and friend Mansour Bennouna. Doe says that once she got to the home, she was asked to take a shot of liquor, and claims that she blacked out after doing so, to find several men allegedly coming in and out of the room she was in, including French Montana.

She alleged that French “was one of the men who entered the room and sexually assaulted her.”

Doe claims that the incident took place on March 28, 2018, the same day Bennouna allegedly “sexually assaulted, sexually harassed, and raped her.
She says it was also the same day that French allegedly “sexually assaulted and “sexually harassed” her.

Doe claims that she had a rape kit administered on her following the alleged incident and that it showed the presence of semen. She also claims that she reported the alleged rape to police,

She’s suing French Montana, Mansour Bennouna and Coke Boy Records for assault, sexual battery, negligent hiring, intentional infliction of emotional distress, supervision and retention and negligence.

I’m confused as to why she waited almost three years to sue French Montana and his team over these allegations..
