Lil Peep’s Family Settles Lawsuit Over Rapper’s Overdose Death

Rapper Lil Peep’s family have settled a lawsuit with the rapper’s management team after suing them for being responsible for his death.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Lil Peep’s mother, Liza Womack, informed the court that both parties have resolved the case and expect it to be dismissed in the next few weeks.

The rapper’s family agreed on a monetary settlement, settling out of court.

Peep’s family sued his management company, claiming they provided their son with drugs in order to perform and had control over his personal life.

The 21-year-old rapper, whose real name is Gustav Elijah Ahr, overdosed and died on Nov. 15, 2017.

He was found unresponsive in his tour bus in Arizona.
