Man arrested for sexually assaulting 3-year-old in McDonald’s bathroom
CHICAGO- Christopher Puentes, 34, was arrested after sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl at McDonald’s bathroom.
The little girl was using the bathroom, while her father was in the men’s bathroom, with her brothers.
Puentes grabbed the victim and throw her into a stall on Monday at around 8:20 am. He then locked the door, undressed the girl and began sexually assaulting her before her father literally heard his daughter’s cries and stormed into the stall.
The father grabbed his daughter from under the door, but before the police were contacted, the suspect fled.
The suspect, who happen’s to be deaf, has now been arrested and charged with felony predatory criminal sexual assault of a victim under 13 years old.
He admitted to police that he was on drugs and was having dirty thoughts..
