The incident happened when Rick, along with several other people pulled up to the drive-thru and began acting inappropriately.

Lynch said the group were “loud” and “doing the most”, so she told them if they wanted their order taken, they had to step inside.

Once inside the McDonald’s, they began throwing objects, swinging on employees and spitting.

Rick became so upset, he threw a tray and destroyed an electric register.

The fight them spilled out into the parking lot, where Rick is seen on video that was posted on Facebook dragging the 15-year-old girl across the ground and striking her head against the concrete, before stomping on her.

Lynch was taken to a hospital to be treated for a fractured skull, frontal lobe damage, a broken nose, a concussion and multiple lacerations.

She is expected to survive.

Rick was charged with felony assault and property damage.
