TENNESSEE- A man has been charged with homicide, after kicking a pregnant woman in her stomach.
Cedric Mingo, 29, was initially charged with assault after attacking a pregnant back in 2018. Mingo kicked the victim in her stomach and punched her in the face.
The woman, who was 7 months pregnant, was taken to a Hospital.
Several weeks later, the woman began having pregnancy complications, which killed her unborn baby.
Mingo’s charges have been upgraded to reckless homicide.
