CALIFORNIA- A man has been arrested after he went on a rampage inside of a Target store.
Jeff Hardcastle, 51, can be seen on video storming towards his first victim which was an 11-year-old boy who was in the game section, and punches him in the face.
He then goes up a 5-year-old boy and smacks him in his face so hard that he sends him to the ground.
Hardcastle has been sentenced to 9 years in prison for his unprovoked attacks on these two innocent children. Officers say that he high on drugs at the time of his arrest.
