Moneybagg Yo artist rapper Big 30 arrested on felony drug charges
Ala- Police arrested Memphis rapper Big 30 early Thursday morning on felony drug charges.
According to WIAT, the rapper was stopped by Narcotics Interdiction officers around 4 a.m. in a rented Ford Expedition, as he was traveling to Memphis.
The passenger inside of the vehicle was identified Big 30, whose real name is Rodney White.
Police searched the rented vehicle, finding $17,000 in cash, Promethazine, Codeine, Marijuana that was allegedly individually wrapped for sale, and a loaded Glock 40 handgun.
White, who reportedly has pending federal, and state charges in Tennessee, was charged with felon in possession of a firearm, felony possession of first-degree drug paraphernalia, Marijuana, and other additional federal charges.
White was signed by rapper Moneybagg Yo a year ago.
