Person bleeds to death in Illinois after taking K2

According to the Illinois Department of Public Health a person has died in Illinois, Chicago after taking K2 which is synthetic marijuana. The persons name, gender, and age have not been released yet, but we do know that the person bled to death after taking K2. The Illinois Department Of Public Health says so far they know of 38 cases where people have taken K2 and have been hospitalized for severe bleeding, such as bleeding from the nose, blood in the urine, coughing blood, and bleeding gums. K2 is basically fake weed and be brought at your local store or gas station. K2 is made dry plants sprayed with all kinds of harmful ingredients including rat poison. Side effects from taking K2 include death, severe bleeding, paranoia, anxiety attacks, and more.
