Rapper Fabolous facing up to 20 years in prison for domestic violence charges

Rapper Fabolous is facing up to 20 years in prison.

The Brooklyn rapper was indicted by a grand jury on four felony charges according to TMZ. 

Fabolous, who’s real name is John Jackson is facing two counts of threatening to kill, one count of domestic violence and one count of possession of a weapon.

According to Northjersey.com, court documents claim that Jackson punched his off & on again girlfriend and mother to his children Emily Bustamante about 7 times in her face, knocking out two of her teeth after a fight at their Englewood, New Jersey home.

An argument between Jackson, Emily’s father and her were caught on camera. In the video, you could see the rapper holding what appearing to be a pair of scissors or some sort of weapon while attempting to go after Emily, who tried getting away from him. In the video you could clearly hear Jackson threatening Emily’s father’s life.

Both Emily and Fabolous were posting pictures with each other but turned their comments off several weeks after, even showing that they were back together as if nothing had happened.

She even showed up to one of his court appearances to show him support.

Each felony charge carries a sentence of 5 years.
