Rapper Lil Mosey ordered to stay away from alleged rape victims
Rapper Lil Mosey has been ordered to stay away from two alleged rape victims.
The pretrial protection order for sexual assault, prohibits Lil Mosey from contacting the alleged victims. He was also ordered to stay 500 feet away from them until trial begins, according to court docs obtained by TMZ.
The “Blueberry Faygo” rapper and another man are accused of second-degree rape for allegedly attacking two women at a cabin back in Jan.
One of the alleged victims says she did not consent to have sex with Mosey, but later blacked out after drinking White Claw hard seltzer and champagne, according to an affidavit obtained by TMZ.
The alleged victim says she awoke to find Mosey on top of her, forcing her legs apart, TMZ reports. She says that she then blacked out again and woke up to find Mosey’s friend forcing himself on her as well.
Mosey’s friend, Francisco P. Prater, 18, has also been charged with attempted rape.
If convicted, both men could face up to life in prison.
