Rapper T.I. Sued For $77K After Allegedly Causing Damage To L.A. Rental Home

LOS ANGELES- Rapper T.I. is being sued by a former landlord for allegedly causing over $70,000 in damages.

The homeowner, Farin Fazeli filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against the rapper, whose real name is Clifford Hariss, claiming his house was left with over $100,000 in damages after T.I. left the rental home, according to The Blast.

Fazeli is also accusing T.I. if stealing a piece of art from the home.

He says the home was rented to T.I. on July 11, 2020, in California. The house was rented for $25,000 a month which included a $50,000 deposit fee, reports The Blast.

Fazeli said he noticed the damages after T.I. vacated the home on August 31, 2022. He claims the rapper left $127,182.65 in damages.

Yikes.

The suit claims that surveillance cameras were missing, and there was allegedly $16,000 worth of damages in the master bathroom. The lawsuit goes on to say that there was a “punch imprint in the master bedroom.”

The landlord said on Sept. 17, he sent the rapper a detailed account of the damages which totaled $127,1882.65. After deducting the $50,000 security deposit, the outstanding total was $77,182.65, according to the suit, report Radar Online.
