SAN ANTONIO- According to the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office, rapper Tay-K 47, whose real name is Taymor McIntyre has been indited for capital murder for the death of Mark Anthony Saldivar.
The Texas rapper, is accused of shooting and killing Saldivar in April of 2017 during a robbery. McIntyre was 16-years-old at the time of the victims death.
McIntrye was on house arrest when he fled to San Antonio. While there, he was with two other suspects in a vehicle at a Chic-Fil-a parking lot according to authorities when he shot and killed Saldivar.
According to a report, Salvidar was killed after being robbed, and thrown out of the vehicle. He did attempt to get his camera equipment back before being killed.
While McIintrye was on the run, he released a song called “The Race. In the music video, he shows himself standing next a wanted poster of himself.
He was eventually captured and arrested in New Jersey in 2017.
