Woman wanted for storing dead husbands body inside freezer

MISSOURI- 67-year-old Barbara Watters is wanted by police, after they said she’s wanted for storing her deceased husbands body.

Police issued a warrant for Watters arrest according to their press release on Wednesday.

According to The New York Times, police received a tip that Watters husband Paul Barton had passed away back in December.

When police went to Watters home on Tuesday, they found her husbands body in a freezer that was inside her bedroom. An autopsy is pending as of right now to find Barton’s cause of death.

A witness told police that Watters was threatening to kill police, the paramedics and him if he tried to enter her home. The witness said that she also threatened to kill him if he went and told police.
